 Detached self-catering cottage for 4/5 persons classified "3 épis" by "Gîtes de France", facing south. The interior is very light, pretty and well insulated.

Ground-floor :
 The living area includes a sofa, a cupboard containing brochures, a round table, several
chairs and an antique walnut dresser for crockery.
Nice old sandstone pavement decorates the room.
The kitchen area includes a kitchen unit with gas ,refrigerator, range hood, shelves, microwave oven, mini-oven, electric coffee maker, cupboard containing kitchen utensils, pressure cooker, mixer, etc...
The bathroom includes shower, washbasin and washing machine.
Separate toilets.

 

 

First floor :
One room including a double-bed (140 cm) fitted with mattress cover, blankets and bedspread,
a large armchair, a small bookcase. Very pleasant view from the window.

One room including two single beds (90 cm) fitted with mattress cover, blankets and bedspread,
a small table and shelves.
One closet
Baby bed and baby bath are available.

 - iron and ironing board
- colour television and player DVD
- wall-mounted convector heaters

A terrace, looking onto a vineyard and walnut trees, is equipped with garden furniture, sun umbrella ,deckchairs and barbecue.

The garden is half enclosed by dry stone low walls.

Pets are welcome.
